Shredded cheese                              3 cups

Cream Cheese room temp              8 ounces

Ale                                                       4 ounces

Cayenne                                             1/8 tsp

Chives                                                 2-4 Tbl

Worcestshire sauce                          To Taste

Salt                                                      1/4 tsp

 

Directions

Pulse cheese in food processor, add cream cheese pulse till smooth.  Add ale, cayenne, chives,  Worcestshire sauce and salt mix till combined .  Chill 4 hours.

 

PUB CHEESE

 

BONNIE'S DIPPING OIL

Extra virgin Oil                                    1 cup

Parmesan Cheese                              2 Tbl

Red pepper                                         To taste

Garlic chopped                                   1 Tbl

 

Combine and refrigerate.  Serve with focaccia, panini or bread

 

FOCACCIA

Heat focaccia at 350 degrees in oven or on the grill till warm.  Serve with Bonnie's Dipping Oil

PANINI FOCACCIA

Slice focaccia thru the middle.  Fill with  your favorite deli meats and cheeses.  Warm in oven at 350 degrees or on the grill.  Serve with a salad and your favorite beverage.

 

HOMEMADE SOUPS

MINESTRONE SOUP

  • 5 cups beef broth

  • 1 pound of stew meat browned in olive oil

  • 1 onion sliced

  • 3 carrots sliced

  • 1 can kidney beans

  • 15 ounces diced tomatoes

  • 3 tablespoons Italian seasoning

  • 1 cup small pasta 

Combine first 7 ingredients, simmer for 4 hours.  Add pasta cook till al dente.  Top with parmesan cheese.
